By creating an account or using Yap, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who can use Yap

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yap. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use one-time codes sent to your email — do not share these codes with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Yap to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Distribute illegal content or content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service in ways that interfere with its normal operation
• Impersonate other individuals or entities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Yap Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. Key points:

• We never record your calls
• Messages are end-to-end encrypted — we cannot read them
• We store only a hash of your email, never the original
• We have no analytics, no trackers, and no ads

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Yap is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odd Tech Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Yap after changes constitutes acceptance.
